Asked To Participate In A Survey?

Fear not!
By participating in a survey, you are answering questions that are on the minds of companies or groups that provide services to you. A survey is a feedback mechinism that allows you to express pleasure or dislike of a product or service. You may also be helping to determine if a new product is launched or if a new store is built.

When the interviewer tells you that he or she is not selling anything, it is true.
You will never be asked to buy a product or service. And, as importantly, your name and other information is never sold to anyone who will turn around trying to sell you something.

Alternatively, when we e-mail you or send you a survey in the mail, we are only seeking your opinions: MQA does not sell. Your privacy is respected and information you provide is not sold for lists or telemarketing.

Do Not Call List?

As a professional firm that engages in public opinion polling, we are exempt from Federal and State Do Not Call Lists. Because we do not sell anything, we may contact you.

But, if we disturb you, we apologize. Please tell our interviewer when a better time to contact you might be and we'll politely end the call and try you at a better time.

But please do not hang up!
We need your opinions to provide direction for a company from which you likely gain services. By talking to us and answering our questions, you will be shaping products, services and policies - and your responses will represent the opinions of thousands of other people like you.
